Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service, front desk, and telephone experience preferred.
• Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) are expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, prospective residents, guests, and employees courteously.
• Monitor all incoming public traffic and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common/public spaces.
• Respond promptly to residents, families, vendors, and visitors with courteous assistance.
• Provide key support to sales/marketing by managing inquiries effectively.
• Operate paging/telephone system and route calls appropriately.
