Job summary

The Aspenwood Company - Village On the Park Plano is seeking Concierge/Front Desk/Security Associates to welcome residents, families, and visitors in a warm, professional manner. This PRN role requires availability on weekends with shifts that include mornings and evenings.

You will monitor access, assist inquiries, and support the sales team while upholding HIPAA and safety standards. Pay rate is $16.00/hr with duties spanning greeting, incident response, and daily building operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service/front desk experience preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License required.
• HIPAA understanding a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, guests with courtesy.
• Monitor public traffic and assist inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and public spaces.
• Answer calls and route them appropriately.
• Assist with scheduling interviews for department heads.
• Support emergency response team as needed.
• Observe and report suspicious activity.
