Discovery Management Group is seeking a personable Concierge for The Palms of Mount Pleasant in Mt. Pleasant, SC. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and staff, ensuring a welcoming front desk environment and smooth daily operations.

The role is part-time and PRN, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities to support resident services, communications, and logistics at a countryside senior living community.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills and comfort using phones, email, and office systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform telephone answering and reception duties, managing internal and external calls professionally and courteously.
• Take accurate, detailed messages and ensure timely communication to the appropriate recipient.
• Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly; respond to inquiries and provide directions as needed.
• Collaborate with team to collate brochures and support marketing materials as requested.
• Prepare meal tickets for team members and family members; tally meal count sheets for Dining Services.
• Maintain resident phone lists, rosters, move‑in/move‑out registers, guest logs, and sign‑in sheets.
