Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Front Desk Concierge for Deepwood Estates in Lexington, AL, working 11:00 AM–7:30 PM. You will greet residents, family members, guests, and vendors, manage the lobby, answer calls, and assist with admissions and events under the direction of the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Two years of general office experience.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy, 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, family members, guests and vendors as they enter the community.
• Answer and route phone inquiries; maintain lobby hospitality area.
• Assist with admissions process and provide tours as needed.
• Support dining events and community activities as directed by management.
• Perform general administrative tasks and maintain a clean, welcoming lobby.
