Job summary

QSL Management in Florida is seeking a friendly Concierge for The Blake at St Johns. You will be the first impression for residents, guests and employees, handling front desk duties, phone greetings and visitor directions in a 24-hour operation.

A high school diploma/GED and at least two years of general office experience are required. Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational and multitasking skills are essential, with a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and be willing to serve others.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of general office experience including reception work.
• Experience working with older adults is preferred.
• Professional, polished communication with good grammar and pleasant voice.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle interruptions; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Offer high level hospitality to residents, guests and employees as the first impression.
• Fulfills front desk duties: answer the phone with proper greetings and direct visitors.
• Keep lobby and front porch clean and free of trash.
• Assist with lobby activities and weekend/evening events when traffic is low.
• Assist with other general office tasks as requested.
• Work weekends and as a float in a 24-hour operation.
