Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years general office or receptionist experience.
• Experience with older adult population preferred.
• Excellent grammar and pleasant voice.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management and oral/written skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, able to multi-task and handle interruptions.
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel preferred.
• Flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, family members, guests, vendors and prospects; keep hospitality station ready with refreshments.
• Answer and route phone inquiries; ensure inquiries reach the right person and avoid voicemails where possible.
• Assist with hospitality services as directed by management.
• Assist residents and families during the admission process.
• Provide tours to prospects and support marketing efforts as directed.
• Deliver and distribute mail to residents and departments.
• Assist in dining room and at events as requested by leadership.
• Support general administrative functions and ensure lobby is clean and welcoming.
• Adhere to policies and maintain professional image.
