Responsibilities

• Greet visitors seeking information about the property.
• Assist residents, family members, and guests with general requests.
• Arrange tours of the property for spontaneous visitors or scheduled tours.
• Answer telephones, record and route information.
• Maintain lobby with current property literature and refreshments.
• Perform clerical duties for property staff as directed by supervisor.
• Assist in dining room service for resident meals as needed.
• Support marketing efforts through positive interactions during tours and calls.
• Report resident changes to supervisory staff.
• Maintain a safe work environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and maintain a professional image.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
