Regency Village at Bend in Bend, OR is seeking a friendly receptionist to support residents and staff. You will greet visitors, answer calls, and provide clerical support while ensuring confidentiality and a welcoming environment.

You must enjoy working with the elderly, be able to stand and lift up to 30 pounds, and communicate in English. We offer competitive benefits and an equal opportunity workplace.

• Read, write, speak and understand English.

• Interest in working with the elderly population.

Mansioni

• Greet visitors and direct individuals to the appropriate office, resident room, or area.
• Answer the telephone promptly and direct calls appropriately.
• Provide clerical support to all departments including email response to inquiries.
• Monitoring visitors access.
• Maintain strict confidentiality with personnel, residents, and management issues.
• Respects resident dignity and promotes resident rights.
• Securing the doors in the evening and walking the grounds.
