Bonaventure Senior Living in Corvallis, OR is hiring a Receptionist to join a Brand-New senior living community. You will greet visitors, answer phones, assist the management team, and support our residents with friendly, professional service.

No experience is required; we provide paid training. The role offers a strong starting wage, health benefits, a 401(k) with matching, paid time off, and on-site growth opportunities in a compassionate team oriented environment.

Competenze

• Excellent communication skills, professional, and well organized.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• English language required.
• CPR Certification (preferred).
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.

Mansioni

• Greeting community visitors with excellent customer service and respect.
• Answering a multi-line phone system, route calls, and take messages.
• Helping sort and distribute mail and packages.
• General office duties such as copying, filing, supply requisition, and other clerical skills.
• Assist with the preparation of community events and visitor tours.
