Qualifications

• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to stand, lift up to 30 pounds unassisted.
• Interest in working with the elderly population.
• Able to relate positively with others.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office, resident room, or area.
• Answer the telephone promptly and direct calls appropriately.
• Provide clerical support to all departments including email responses.
• Monitor visitors access and maintain confidentiality.
• Respect resident dignity and promote rights.
• Secure doors in the evening and patrol the grounds.
