Job summary

The W Group, New York's largest provider of senior living and adult care, seeks a Food Services Director for New Haven Manor. You will lead the Food Service Department, ensure health-regulation compliance, and deliver high-quality meals for residents in a learning-rich, patient-centered environment.

Join a values-driven team and manage menus, costs, and staff while coordinating with nursing and administration to meet dietary needs and preferences across the facility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in food service management (healthcare/assisted living preferred).
• Knowledge of dietary regulations and special diets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• ServSafe or Food Handlers certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage menus meeting nutritional and regulatory standards.
• Supervise dietary personnel and kitchen staff; provide training and support.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Manage food orders, supplies, and equipment within budget.
