Yona Solutions seeks a Food Services Director to lead the dietary department in a long-term care facility. You will organize, direct, and supervise menus, nutrition services, and dining quality, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor- or associate-level degree in food service management or hospitality required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in long-term care or equivalent setting.
• ServSafe Manager certification required; CDM/CFPP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires and orients dietary staff.
• Trains workers in procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Plans, directs and supervises dietary department operations.
• Maintains records: inventory, compliance, income/expense, personnel.
• Ensures department operates within federal, state, and local regulations.
