Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of apartment or senior care properties.
• Ability to read, write and carry out directions; mature and dependable.
• Experience with frail elderly or dementia care helpful.

Responsabilités

• LIFE SAFETY: Ensure ongoing compliance with Life Safety Code, drills, and fire/incident readiness.
• PREVENTIVE and ROUTINE MAINTENANCE: Ensure equipment and systems are operational; process repair orders.
• BUILDING AND GROUNDS: Oversee maintenance of building and grounds; supervise contractors and seasonal tasks.
• Maintain appropriate documentation for compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• On-call responsibility for the building.
• Other duties as assigned to meet living center goals.
