Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the operation of the community's buildings, grounds, security and mechanical assets, ensuring safety and high standards.

You will manage housekeeping, laundry, transportation, vendor contracts, preventative maintenance, budgeting, staffing and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Experience in HVAC and electrical systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Four years maintenance supervision experience.
• HVAC experience or training.
• Experience with electrical systems, plumbing, fire panels and emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance of buildings, grounds, security and mechanical assets.
• Executes housekeeping, laundry and transportation services per policy.
• Maintains campus operation and quality standards and budget data.
• Develops vendor relationships and negotiates maintenance contracts.
• Inspects apartments prior to occupancy and schedules preventive maintenance.
