• Manages costs, methods and staffing; establishes budgets and schedules.
• Prepares service estimates based on labor, materials, and machine costs; maintains budgets.
• Develops policies and procedures with leadership to achieve departmental goals.
• Negotiates subcontractor contracts and inspects work for safety and procedures.
• Ensures preventative maintenance is performed and maintains equipment records.
• Manages customer housekeeping issues and investigates complaints.
• Maintains relationships with employees, vendors and the public.
• Aims for continual improvement of the organization.
