You’ll need an active Florida real estate license (or commit to obtaining within 60 days), outstanding relationship skills, and a high-outbound activity mindset. Expect uncapped commission and strong mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and source listings of senior living facilities for sale across Central Florida.
• Represent buyers and tenants seeking senior living facilities.
• Conduct property tours, broker opinions of value (BOVs), and buyer/tenant matching.
• Build relationships with owners, investors, and decision-makers active in senior living.
• Collaborate with the founder and analyst on deal underwriting and strategy.
• Maintain an active CRM pipeline with weekly activity reports.
