Job summary

MaxLife Commercial is seeking a commission-only sales agent to specialize in office buildings for sale and lease across Central Florida. You will build a focused book of business with MaxLife's live MLS inventory, SEO-driven website traffic, and in-house marketing support.

You will prospect, source listings, and represent buyers and tenants while collaborating with the founder on underwriting and strategy. This is a full-commission role with no base salary, based in Central Florida.

Qualifications

Active Florida real estate license (or committed to obtaining within 60 days)
Exceptional verbal communication and relationship-building skills
High activity tolerance — sustained outbound prospecting
Entrepreneurial mindset, commission-based role with no base salary
Based in Central Florida (Orlando, Melbourne, Space Coast)
Reliable transportation for property tours and client meetings

Responsibilities

Source listings of office buildings for sale and lease across Central Florida
Represent buyers and tenants seeking office buildings
Conduct property tours, BOVs, and buyer/tenant matching
Build relationships with owners, investors, and decision-makers in office assets
Collaborate with founder and analyst on underwriting and strategy
Maintain an active CRM with weekly activity reports
