Job summary

MaxLife Commercial is seeking a Hospitality Sales Agent focused on hotel and hospitality properties across Central Florida. You will source listings, represent buyers/tenants, and coordinate tours and valuations, building strong relationships with owners and investors.

This 100% commission role offers direct mentorship, access to MaxLife's marketing infrastructure, and clear path to senior broker or partner based on production.

Qualifications

• Active Florida real estate license or commitment to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Exceptional verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• High activity tolerance — sustained outbound prospecting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a pure commission structure.
• Based in Central Florida (Orlando, Melbourne, Space Coast).
• Reliable transportation for property tours and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and source listings of hotel and hospitality properties for sale across Central Florida.
• Represent buyers and tenants seeking hotel and hospitality properties.
• Conduct property tours, BOVs, and buyer/tenant matching.
• Build relationships with owners, investors, and decision-makers in hospitality.
• Collaborate with founder and analyst on deal underwriting and strategy.
• Maintain an active CRM pipeline with weekly activity reports.
