MaxLife Commercial is recruiting a commission-only sales agent to specialize in multifamily properties for sale across Central Florida. You'll build a focused book of business in this asset class, backed by MaxLife's live MLS inventory, SEO-driven website traffic, and in-house marketing support.

Responsibilities include sourcing listings, representing buyers, conducting tours and BOVs, and maintaining CRM with weekly updates.

Qualifications

• Active Florida real estate license or plan to obtain within 60 days.
• Exceptional verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• High activity tolerance; comfortable with sustained outbound prospecting.
• 100% commission role with no base salary.
• Based in Central Florida (Orlando, Melbourne, Space Coast).
• Reliable transportation for property tours and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and source multifamily listings across Central Florida.
• Represent buyers and tenants seeking multifamily properties.
• Conduct property tours, broker opinions of value (BOVs), and buyer/tenant matching.
• Build relationships with owners, investors, and decision-makers active in multifamily.
• Collaborate with the founder and analyst on deal underwriting and strategy.
• Maintain an active CRM pipeline with weekly activity reports.
