Qualifications

• Active Florida real estate license or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Exceptional verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• High activity tolerance and sustained outbound prospecting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; 100% commission role with no base salary.
• Based in Central Florida (Orlando, Melbourne, Space Coast).
• Reliable transportation for property tours and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and source listings of retail properties for sale and lease across Central Florida
• Represent buyers and tenants seeking retail properties
• Conduct property tours, broker opinions of value (BOVs), and buyer/tenant matching
• Build relationships with owners, investors, and decision-makers active in retail
• Collaborate with the founder and analyst on deal underwriting and strategy
• Maintain an active CRM pipeline with weekly activity reports
