Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Senior Living Director to lead operations across our Missouri communities. You will oversee resident services, occupancy strategy, and team leadership to ensure outstanding care and a vibrant, trusted community.

The ideal candidate has senior living management experience, excels in occupancy analytics and move-in coordination, and promotes from within. We offer a competitive benefits package, a Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend rotation, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be able to develop close relationships with residents and families.
• Able to help leaders and families solve problems related to move-ins and occupancy.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written, with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Health status and background clearances per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for senior living communities in Missouri.
• Drive occupancy through move-ins, move-outs and vacancy management.
• Provide exceptional lead experiences during tours and events.
• Manage and develop staff in line with Arrow Senior Living values.
