Arrow Senior Living in Kansas City, MO seeks a Senior Living Director to lead community operations and resident engagement. You will develop relationships with potential residents and families, guiding them through next-step options with empathy and clarity.

This full-time role offers a strong compensation package including a salary range of $61,880–$77,480 plus a bonus opportunity and a robust benefits program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record as per insurer policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English reading/writing at 12th grade proficiency.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive and energetic attitude with residents.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills.
• Criminal background clear.
• Good health verified by physician health screening within ~6 months prior to employment and TB test clear.

Responsibilities

• Develop close relationships to support potential residents and families in tough conversations with empathy.
• Help leads and families problem-solve by highlighting opportunities for suitable senior living options.
• Drive occupancy by understanding move-ins/move-outs and optimizing vacancies, assisting Directors in resident retention.
• Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and community events.
