Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for Vitalia Montrose in Copley, OH. The role runs 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a pay range of $18–$24.25 per hour for full-time work.

You will support the Plant Operations Director, maintain community facilities, and help ensure resident safety. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in multi-unit maintenance with supervisory experience, a background in HVAC, and the ability to lift over 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of maintenance experience in apartments or multi-unit housing with supervisory experience.
• HVAC certification highly recommended.
• Construction, refinishing, painting, plumbing, floor/carpet care, refurbishing knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Plant Operations Director in maintaining all community areas and equipment.
• Rapidly respond to repair requests and document progress.
• Maintain safety of employees, guests, and residents and address environmental hazards or emergencies.
