Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is hiring at Vitalia Westlake, OH for a Plant Operations Assistant. The role supports the Plant Operations Director in maintaining the community and equipment, and responding to maintenance requests. The position runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, at 26695 Center Ridge Road, Westlake, OH 44145.

We value physical fitness, OSHA knowledge, and a proactive approach to safety. Prior HVAC certification and multi-unit maintenance supervision are preferred for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HVAC certification and experience recommended.
• Experience in apartment or multi-unit maintenance with supervisory experience.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds frequently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Active work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plant Operations Director in maintaining community areas and equipment.
• Rapidly respond to maintenance requests and document progress.
• Ensure safety of employees, guests, and residents against hazards and emergencies.
