Job summary

Provincial Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Manager to join our community leadership team. This role oversees repairs, preventive maintenance, and building systems to ensure resident comfort and safety.

You will manage work orders, budgets, and vendor coordination while supporting operations, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance. A High School Diploma (technical certification preferred) and 4+ years of maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical certification preferred.
• 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Experience managing work orders and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness
• Respond to after-hours maintenance needs as required
• Coordinate vendors and support maintenance-related services
• Monitor maintenance budgets, supplies, and expenses
• Support housekeeping and community operations as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
