Provincial Senior Living in Austin, TX is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and building system performance across our Independent Living community.

You will coordinate vendors, manage work orders, monitor budgets, support operations, and ensure safety and regulatory standards are met, with hands-on responsibilities and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical certification preferred.
• 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Experience managing work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness.
• Respond to after-hours maintenance needs as required.
• Coordinate vendors and support maintenance-related services.
• Monitor maintenance budgets, supplies, and expenses.
• Support housekeeping and community operations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
