Job summary

Provincial Senior Living in Allen, TX, part of Discovery Senior Living, is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager for our Independent Living community. This full-time, single-community role covers building maintenance and works with our leadership team; schedule is Sunday-Thursday.

You will perform repairs, maintain HVAC/plumbing/electrical systems, inspect apartments, coordinate vendors, manage budgets, and support operations while ensuring safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical certification preferred.
• 4+ years hands-on maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Experience managing work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness.
• Respond to after-hours maintenance needs as required.
• Coordinate vendors and support maintenance-related services.
• Monitor maintenance budgets, supplies, and expenses.
• Support housekeeping and community operations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
