Job summary

Integral Senior Living in Pflugerville, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee buildings, grounds, and mechanical assets across the community. You will manage housekeeping, laundry and transportation services in line with policy and procedures.

The role requires HVAC experience, knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, and strong leadership to guide a team. You will develop preventative maintenance programs, review budgets, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Four years of maintenance supervision experience.
• HVAC experience or training.
• Working knowledge of machinery, tools, repair techniques, plumbing.
• Experience with electrical systems, fire panels, emergency response systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Provides leadership by motivating others.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the maintenance of the buildings, grounds, security and mechanical assets of the Community.
• Responsible for the execution of all housekeeping, laundry and transportation services throughout the community in accordance with guidelines.
• Oversees total operation and maintenance of the campus and high standards of construction.
• Develops vendor relationships and negotiates contracts for maintenance services.
• Conducts inspections on apartments prior to occupancy.
• May receive after hours calls for maintenance emergencies.
• Develops and implements a comprehensive preventative maintenance program and work order system.
• Plans and leads housekeeping and laundry operations in accordance with laws.
• Reviews monthly financial statements and action plans for deficiencies.
• Processes and submits monthly expenses and budget data.
• Completes staffing and scheduling according to guidelines.
• Ensures transportation vehicles are maintained and safe.
• Oversees passenger safety and on-time transportation to destinations.
