Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the on-site maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry teams at The Bellettini in Bellevue. The role focuses on maintaining safe, welcoming living spaces and coordinating with leadership to uphold MBK’s standards of service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of college/trade training preferred in maintenance/environmental services.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering/Facilities Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry teams.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance plans for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Manage department budget and forecasting for equipment replacement.
• Coordinate with executive team to ensure high-quality resident experience.
• Ensure safety, compliance with regulations, and incident response readiness.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and coordinate with vendors.
