Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance, housekeeping and laundry teams, ensuring a safe, inviting environment for residents and staff. You will oversee all major systems and compliance with regulations, while driving operational excellence and cost controls.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with leadership to maintain high-quality living spaces across the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• 2+ years college or trade school in environmental services, maintenance, or related.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Facilities Management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the maintenance, housekeeping and laundry teams.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and major systems.
• Develop and manage the department budget and forecast equipment replacements.
• Coordinate after-hours emergencies as on-call point of contact.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and MBK policies.
