Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking an Assisted Living Director to lead a care team and ensure high‑quality, dignified care for residents. You’ll interview, hire, train, and coach staff while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local rules and MBK’s values. A strong focus on resident well‑being and community leadership will be essential.

The role requires managing budgets, coordinating with departments, and mentoring staff to maintain an exceptional living experience for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Experience managing staff in a senior living or similar environment.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations affecting assisted living.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, set goals and timelines, monitor and evaluate performance for Caregivers.
• Oversee care team staffing, scheduling, and daily assignments to meet resident needs.
• Maintain on-call rotations and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Manage annual budget and control labor and expenses.
