StoryPoint in Danville, IN is seeking an Executive Director to oversee operations of our senior living community, delivering exceptional resident experiences while safeguarding financial health.

You will lead by example, empower teams, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and partner with sales to welcome new residents, while maintaining safety and quality care. This role requires on-site leadership and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Health Care, Gerontology, or equivalent experience.
• Certification for Licensed Assisted Living or equivalent and understanding of federal/state laws.
• Demonstrates passion for leading and developing people and promoting service delivery.
• Exceptional hospitality skills with sensitivity to aging adults and families.
• Dedication to helping others and making a difference daily.
• Ability to form meaningful relationships with residents, teams and families to increase satisfaction and census.
• Ability to work with diverse publics and communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Drives culture within community; reinforce common beliefs through servant leadership in all interactions.
• Regularly connects with residents to ensure Safety, Belonging, Something to Look Forward to and Peace of Mind.
• Responsible for overall financial health of the community.
• Lead other functional leaders in the community.
• Assist in hiring, training, performance management and separations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and families.
• Support sales to convert prospective residents and build relations with sales partners.
• Oversee lease signings and Move-in momentum with cross-department collaboration.
• Conduct monthly Resident Forums to listen and respond to concerns.
• Lead daily stand-ups to address community issues.
• Support other functional leaders for resident care meetings.
• Partner with leaders to ensure 85% of concerns are solved at the community level.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with state and federal regulations; participate in surveys.
• Ensure safety protocols are completed promptly; provide on-site emergency support as needed.
• Some travel may be required; may pursue Real Estate licensure.
