Job summary

You will lead by example, build relationships with residents, families, and staff, ensure safety and compliance, manage operations and staffing, and support sales and move-in processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and state certifications as applicable, strong hospitality skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees financial health and budget stewardship of the community.
• Leads other functional leaders and supports hiring, training, and performance management.
• Supports sales processes to convert prospects and facilitates move-ins.
