StoryPoint in Indiana is seeking an Executive Director to lead a senior living community with a focus on safety, belonging, and peace of mind for residents and families.

The role drives culture, ensures financial health, oversees operations, and partners with department leaders to deliver exceptional service and regulatory compliance while managing staff and moving the business forward.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, health care, gerontology or related field.
• Demonstrates passion for leading and developing people and delivering excellent service to residents.
• Strong hospitality skills and sensitivity to the needs of aging adults and families.
• Ability to communicate clearly, in writing and verbally, and to work diplomatically with diverse publics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Oversee the financial health of the community.
