Job summary

StoryPoint in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking an Executive Director to lead a senior living community and ensure the highest level of resident experience. You will oversee daily operations, budget management, and regulatory compliance while building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.

You will drive safety, belonging, and peace of mind, mentor leaders, support the sales process, and strive for census growth through exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Health Care, Gerontology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with senior living operations and regulatory knowledge is desired.
• Demonstrates passion for leading and developing people and promoting service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drives culture within community and reinforces servant leadership.
• Regularly connects with residents to ensure Safety, Belonging, Something to Look Forward to and Peace of Mind.
• Oversees overall financial health of the community.
• Leads other functional leaders and supports hiring, training and performance management.
• Maintains positive relationships with residents and families and supports sales processes.
• Ensures lease signings and Move-in Momentum with inter-department collaboration.
• Conducts Resident Forums monthly and addresses concerns.
• Leads daily stand-ups to review concerns and address issues.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and safety protocols; may require travel.
