CorsoCare Pharmacy is seeking an Executive Director to oversee a senior living community experience while maintaining financial health. The role requires fostering safety, belonging, and peace of mind for residents and families, with strong leadership and communication to guide staff and partners.

The Executive Director will lead cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive service excellence, with on-site presence and occasional travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, gerontology, or equivalent.
• State-specific certification for Licensed Assisted Living or equivalent; knowledge of federal/state laws governing senior living operations.
• Passion for leading/developing people and delivering excellent service to residents.
• Exceptional hospitality with sensitivity to aging adults and families.
• Dedication to helping others and making a difference daily.
• Ability to form meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with various publics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
