Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an Executive Director to oversee day-to-day operations, full P&L responsibility, regulatory compliance, and a safe, resident-centered environment.

You will lead sales, marketing collaboration, care planning, budgeting, staff growth, and cross-department coordination to deliver high-quality services seven days a week while maintaining a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of operations management experience with a track record of meeting financial and sales goals.
• Solid understanding of local, state, and federal regulations as they pertain to senior living communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Create a safe environment for residents, families, and staff.
• Drive occupancy, revenue growth, and expense control strategies.
• Oversee sales, marketing strategies, and referral partnerships.
• Coordinate with department directors to meet care needs and ensure appropriate care levels.
• Develop and implement staff training and performance management processes.
• Build high-performing teams and maintain a positive company culture.
