Job summary

Century Park Associates is seeking an Executive Director to lead community operations, focusing on quality resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, and hospitality excellence. You will drive budgets, set strategic goals, and oversee staff to deliver outstanding service.

In this role, you will supervise and develop leadership teams, guide sales and occupancy initiatives, and maintain strong community relations while ensuring financial objectives are met in line with Century Park standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of operational experience in senior housing or hospitality preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in senior services preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality-focused service delivery meeting resident requests and needs.
• Achieve operating margin and cash flow goals including budgeted revenue and expense goals.
• Lead Sales Manager to achieve marketing and occupancy goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, supervise, and develop management staff.
• Support staff retention programs and timely evaluations.
