Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a progressive leadership role in a senior living operation.
• Budget management and financial planning experience.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local resident rights regulations.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Oversee on-site operations and serve as the main contact for staff, residents, prospects, community organizations, government agencies, and the public.
• Supervise and motivate all department directors, supervisors, and staff; maintain training and morale.
• Maintain resident satisfaction through consistently delivering high-quality services.
• Lead development and implementation of community sales and operations strategies and tactics aligned with company objectives.
• Understand care regulations and support the Resident Care Program by coordinating with the clinical head.
• Manage the community's budget and cash flow, maintain accountability, and anticipate variances.
• Provide leadership for staff and residents, solving problems proactively.
• Maintain current policies, procedures, and licenses, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
