John B Parsons Home is seeking an Executive Director for our Assisted Living Facility. The role leads daily operations, ensures safe, high-quality care, and aligns programs with the community’s mission.

Responsibilities include developing policies, driving sales from leads to move-ins, and shaping marketing plans. Strong leadership, budget management, and risk mitigation are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Appropriate license for Assisted Living Facility Manager
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven success in business operations with noted abilities to lead teams to established goals.
• Minimum 3 years previous administrative experience
• Marketing experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community ensuring safety and quality of care.
• Develop and evaluate policies, operations, programs, and services aligned with the community’s mission.
• Lead sales activities from lead generation to move-in and manage required documentation.
• Contribute to marketing plans and strategies including pricing and brand positioning.
• Represent the community to agencies/organizations and build collaborative relationships.
• Manage the annual budget and monitor financial statements to meet goals.
• Supervise and mentor leadership team; coordinate training and development.
• Identify and mitigate risks to residents, staff, property and finances and maintain a safe environment.
