Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2–4 years of related leadership experience.
• Must have valid administrator license in states where required and a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations, acting as primary contact for staff, residents, families, and partners.
• Supervise, direct, and motivate community staff; cover shifts as needed.
• Ensure high resident satisfaction; lead efforts to achieve occupancy and quality metrics.
• Lead renewal and service plans, and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Hire, train, discipline, and evaluate employees per policy; ensure staffing effectiveness.
• Maintain buildings and property to Brookdale standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
