You will collaborate with sales leadership, mentor department heads, and advocate for residents and families, while driving occupancy and maintaining operational stability.

Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership in senior living, with strong experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Active CALA certification preferred.
• Hands-on, sales-minded leader who thrives in a growth environment and collaborates with families.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and NOI targets with sales leadership and community teams.
• Mentor department heads, engage with staff, and advocate for residents and families.
• Support memory care programming and resident partnerships to reduce hospitalizations and enable aging in place.
