Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership in senior living with strong experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care environments.
• Active CALA certification preferred.
• Hands-on, sales-minded leader who collaborates with families.

Responsibilities

• Drive Lease-Up Momentum by partnering with sales leadership and community teams to hit occupancy and NOI targets.
• Lead from the Front by mentoring staff and advocating for residents and families.
• Champion Comprehensive Care with memory care programming and resident partnerships to reduce hospitalizations and support aging in place.
