Job summary

Westport One is partnering with a premier senior living owner-operator in San Jose to identify an Executive Director for a 120+ unit IL/AL/MC community.

You will run the community as its CEO, overseeing operations, finances, labor, acuity, and P&L with a hands-on leadership style, while engaging residents, families, and staff to sustain an exceptional culture and service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership as an Executive Director in upscale, high-touch senior living communities with strong AL and Memory Care footprints.
• Active California RCFE license required (or immediate willingness to obtain with company support).
• A polished, compassionate communicator who excels when serving high-expectation clientele.
• Substantial Bonus Structure
