The Role: Lead with Impact

• Drive Lease‑Up Momentum: Partner closely with sales leadership and community teams to hit occupancy and NOI targets while keeping operations orderly and stable.
• Lead from the Front: Actively engage with department heads, mentor staff, and serve as a visible advocate for residents and families.
• Champion Comprehensive Care: Support specialized memory care programming and forward‑thinking resident partnerships designed to reduce hospitalizations and allow seniors to age in place.
