Mocksville Senior Living and Memory Care is seeking an experienced Executive Director to oversee daily operations, lead a multi-disciplinary team, and ensure exceptional resident care. The role requires strategic financial management, regulatory compliance, and proactive engagement with residents, families, and referral sources.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in senior living operations, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to elder care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or senior living operations.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal senior living regulations and compliance.
• Proven experience in financial management, staff development, and resident relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid NC Assisted Living Administrator License (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.

Responsabilités

• Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and high standards of care.
• Team Development: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor leaders and staff within budget guidelines.
• Resident & Family Engagement: Build relationships with residents and families, ensure satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage operating/capital budgets; monitor performance and expenses.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure licensing and safety standards; readiness for inspections.
• Sales & Marketing Support: Support occupancy and engage with referral sources.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure high-quality care.
• Community Outreach: Represent the community locally with healthcare professionals and organizations.
