Job summary

Meadowstone Place, a Meadowstone Place community in North Dallas, seeks an Executive Director to lead resident experience, operations, and team performance. You will oversee budgeting, occupancy, and partnerships with regional leadership to translate company priorities into local results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience leading senior living, hospitality, or related environment highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident experience and ensure a trusted, visible leadership presence.
• Oversee community operations including sales, administration, dining, activities, and maintenance.
• Hire, coach, and develop staff; build an accountable, high-performing team.
