Qualifications

• Two years of post-secondary education required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a supervisory role in senior housing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Warm, outgoing, and compassionate personality; demonstrated integrity and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the general well-being and health of residents in the community.
• Coordinate care and services to residents, including oversight of nursing and care staff.
• Model and uphold the organization's core values in all interactions.
• Ensure appropriate staffing of the community at all times.
• Recruit, coach, and reward top performers; manage paperwork for regulatory bodies.
• Lead direct marketing activities in and around the community and act as liaison during licensing inspections.
