Job summary

Commonwealth Senior Living relocates you to Virginia to lead a senior living community as Executive Director. You will drive programs, policies and efficient administration while ensuring resident satisfaction and care plan goals.

Qualifications

• Meets all current state standards and regulations for licensed assisted living facilities.
• Two years of post-secondary education; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years in a supervisory role in senior housing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Warm, outgoing, compassionate personality with integrity and leadership.
• Valid driving record; driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, direction and implementation of all programs and policies.
• Ensure accurate administration and execution of the business plan.
• Drive marketing and public relations to achieve occupancy goals.
• Coordinate resident services and oversee nursing/care staff.
• Hire, train and schedule community staff; enforce licensing inspections.
• Ensure the community operates in substantial compliance at all times.
