Qualifications

• Meets state requirements for Licensed Assisted Living Facilities.
• Two years post-secondary education; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in senior housing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Warm, outgoing, and compassionate personality.
• Integrity, maturity and leadership skills.
• Understanding of State Dept. of Social Services Standards and Regulations.
• Acceptable driving record (driver).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the general well-being and health of residents.
• Coordinate care and services, including oversight of nursing and care staff.
• Ensure community reflects the company core values and maintain appropriate staffing.
• Identify and reward top performers while coaching others to improve.
• Manage regulatory paperwork and adherence to oversight requirements.
• Engage in direct marketing activities around the community for residents and staff recruitment.
• Serve as the responsible party during licensing inspections.
